Job Analysis & Competency Design

Executive Assessment

We conduct a half or full day of interviews, psychometrics and simulation exercises tailored to your person specification or competencies, followed by a detailed report highlighting strengths and areas for concern.
Assessment & Development Centres
The most comprehensive and effective way to assess groups of participants, whether for selection or to identify development needs. We can manage your process from start to finish, including designing exercises, training assessors or providing our own, co-ordinating the event and giving feedback.
Structured Interviewing
Fundamental to any selection process but often poorly conducted, interviews are an area where big improvements can often quickly and easily be made. We design insightful interview questions, provide structured assessment guidelines and train interviewers how to look past first impressions and make objective decisions.
Psychometric Testing
Ability tests and personality questionnaires can give a valuable extra perspective when selecting or developing people. We can recommend the most appropriate tools, administer and interpret results, and give in-depth feedback to participants.
Simulation Exercise Design

Managed properly, 360° feedback can enhance performance management and development planning and give people real insight into their own behaviour. Managed poorly it can be misused and feared by participants. We can help you design, communicate and implement the process, and help you avoid the pitfalls.
Leadership & Management Development
Leading and motivating people effectively needs skill and practice. We run practical, stimulating training for people managers that helps them to better understand their team members, handle difficult discussions, and empower, develop and motivate people.
Coaching
We help individuals enhance performance by building on their own strengths and tackling their development needs. Coaching can be provided as a standalone service, or as a follow-up to a Development Centre or 360° feedback process. We also offer training in coaching skills, to help develop a coaching culture in your organisation.
Team Development
We work with teams to build relationships, improve understanding and communication, address conflicts and enhance co-operation both within and outside the team. Using a mix of facilitated discussion, psychological theory and tools, and experiential exercises, we design a tailored approach to meet the team’s needs.
